Commercial Warranty / GSA Warranty For STAR Vehicles Sold Through JH Global / STAR EV
Effective immediately: JH Global Inc. / STAR EV has revised the warranty policy as it relates to GSA Sales or commercial sales sold directly through the company. As of this notice, STAR EV will no longer pay a sell-in fee for vehicles either sold the Government Services Agency or through direct sales channels (Corporate Accounts). Going forward, JH Global / STAR EV warranty repair labor and transportation will be paid by STAR EV at the dealer’s published shop rate upon pre-approval by the STAR EV Warranty Department. Please note that for vehicles previously sold through GSA or Commercial Sales whereby a sell-in commission was paid, all pre-approved warranty will be covered under the prior warranty policy.
